Qualification
Required
Have only one valid CLD & current DOT medical card not expiring in the next 90 days
No DWI/DUI or criminal offense in the last 7 years
Have a present CDL for the past 24 months with a minimum of 24 months verified in the last 36 months operating the same type of vehicle to be insured
Must be at minimum 25 years old
Must accept the R&R Family of Companies in the National Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse. (NOTE: NDAC will release positive results in the past 3 years)
Must have a CSA score of less than 100 for the past 2 years. (NOTE: drivers with scores from 51-99 are evaluated on an individual basis and may be accepted on probation.)
Truck must be manufactured in the year 2000 or sooner
The engine must be modeled for the year 2000 or newer and capable of ELD compatibility
