Responsibilities
Maintaining tracking logs/records for numerous reports required to accurately capture data
Answer the mainline phones received at the State Office Building, screen calls, forward messages and direct customers to the staff that can assist them
Upon request mail, Direct Deposit forms, Lost Check Affidavits, Subsidy Verification Letters and Subsidy Eligibility Verification forms to the requestor
Enter a contact into CCWIS when forms are mailed or emailed
Upload all received documents for TL and Permanency Support into CCWIS
Sort and distribute mail, faxes and electronic correspondence to members of the Transitional Living and Permanency Support
Assist the Transitional Living Unit with NYTD, including research, emails, phone calls, survey completion and other duties as assigned
Assist the Post Legal Guardianship program as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or the equivalent
Applicants must possess or have access to reliable transportation
Applicants also must have strong communication skills, both oral and written
Successful completion of a background check is required for employment
