Responsibilities
Deliver field based diagnostics, service support, rebuild instruction and troubleshooting
Train dealer technicians to improve repair quality, inspection accuracy and failure prevention
Conduct operator training to maximise performance and extend equipment lifespan
Manage warranty cases, assess claims, and coordinate with engineering on root cause findings
Support demos, installations and technical assessments alongside the commercial team
Represent the OEM at industry events, trade shows and dealer training sessions
Build strong relationships with dealer service, parts and sales teams to drive a consistent aftermarket offering
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with hydraulic breakers, demolition attachments
A commercial background with a dealer or OEM supporting field service, warranty or technical operations
Diagnostic capability with confidence handling complex failures and rebuild processes
Ability to train dealer technicians and operators, both in classroom and field environments
A proactive, independent approach suited to a multi state territory requiring regional travel
Clear communication skills and a customer first style when working with technicians, dealers and end users
Residency within the Western US or willingness to travel extensively across the region
