Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with customers and share knowledge about great products like jewelry, electronics, music equipment, tools, firearms, etc
Process loans, extensions, buys and layaways
Contact customers via phone reminders
Assist in merchandising and keeping store clean and well organized
Assist in opening and closing duties
Help maintain a professional and upbeat retail sales environment
Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to take initiative independent of direct supervision
Qualification
Required
Sales experience
Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude
Must be at least 18
Have a clean record
Be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work Saturdays
Lifting in excess of 50 pounds on a regular basis is required
Preferred
Experience with firearms is a plus
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
