They are seeking a Machine Learning Lead to take ownership of ML systems end to end, focusing on deploying and operating models in production while collaborating with scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities
Owning ML systems from development through deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Leading applied computer vision work on real biological and imaging data
Working closely with scientists, engineers, and automation teams in a highly integrated environment
Helping scale ML infrastructure and standards as programs progress toward clinical development
Providing technical leadership to a small, experienced ML/data team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience shipping ML models into production
Strong applied ML background, ideally including computer vision
Comfort working with noisy, real-world scientific data
Preferred
Experience in biotech, drug discovery, or adjacent scientific environments is a plus
