Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth local and global sector analyses—including benchmarking of top universities, academic models, governance structures, and education technology trends
Produce high-impact strategy papers, foresight reports, and policy briefings on K–12, higher education, lifelong learning, micro-credentials, and future skills
Develop data-driven dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks to track education performance, research competitiveness, and sector evolution
Provide timely, actionable intelligence to executive leadership and government stakeholders on emerging trends, competitive positioning, and strategic opportunities
Represent the organization in sector forums, collaborate with global ranking bodies, and engage with leading academic and research institutions
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team (~3 direct reports) and oversee external research consultants and analytics partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in economics, public policy, data science, business, engineering, or a related field
An MBA, MPP, or PhD is a strong advantage
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in senior management consulting roles—ideally with exposure to education, R&D, or public policy
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, strategic foresight, and sector benchmarking
Proven ability to brief C-suite and public-sector leadership with clarity, insight, and influence
Experience working across multicultural, international environments; regional experience is highly desirable
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities
