Licensed Sales Agent
Health Insurance Alliance (HIA) is a rapidly growing technology-focused insurance sales company seeking a Licensed Sales Agent to join their Retention team. The role involves advocating for existing clients, ensuring they are enrolled in the best insurance plans, and addressing customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.

Responsibilities
You will advocate for and support existing customers to ensure they are on the best health insurance plans that suit their personalized needs
You will address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to maintain customer loyalty
You will gather customer feedback to identify common issues and work with other departments to implement improvements
You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure long-term satisfaction
You will be the subject matter expert in our policies and be able to simplify the process for customers to understand
You will identify opportunities to rewrite clients into more compatible health plans
Qualification
Required
Must have 2-15 License
Demonstrated experience in the Health Insurance Sales industry with customer sales experience
Experience selling U65 Private Health Insurance and ACA and have strong product knowledge
Must have an active 215 license
Tech savvy and have experience with tools like healthsherpa, five9 and zoho
Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Detail oriented person with strong active listening skills
Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
Ability to think on your feet and take direction and feedback very well
Highly motivated in your own success
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices in customer retention and apply this knowledge in daily interactions
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and effective approach to customer retention
Always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure
