Responsibilities
Greet and sign in all showroom visitors, making a lasting impression
Facilitate the sales process by handling customer payments, providing order statuses, answering questions, and managing samples
Answer phones, direct inquiries to the right team members, and explain the benefits of ProSource to prospects
Set up appointments for potential members to explore our offerings
Update the showroom floor with new products and pricing, and ensure it’s always in pristine condition
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding orders and support our Account Managers
Utilize our CRM and internal software for sales entry, bookkeeping, and customer management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic setting
Numerical Savvy: Comfort with data like discounts
Tech Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices, and internet navigation
Preferred
Interior Design Knowledge: A plus, but not required
