Responsibilities
Assists in the organization and preparation of move-in, renewals and the move-out of our residents to ensure that the process is a positive experience
Successfully manage and foster relationships with third party referral companies/businesses
Assists in resolution of resident concerns while always exhibiting excellent customer service
Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed
Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
Assists in the handling of problems as they arise in relation to the operation of the community
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
Preferred
One-year experience in a related field preferred
