Combine elements of customer service and sales
Create an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working any shift from 8 AM EST – 8 PM EST (Monday- Friday)
Mandatory 1-2 hrs of overtime on Monday
Problem solving skills
Ability to turn any situation into a great customer experience
Experience in customer service and sales
Ability to create an exceptional experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers
