Supervisor - Cardiac Valve Program

Responsibilities

Pre-screen all applicants for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and other advanced cardiac valve procedures to ensure that patients accepted for TAVR and other advanced valve procedures meet the organization's established guidelines for such procedures
Significant collaboration with physicians, cardiac departments, outside medical facilities, patients and their families and other support services

Qualification

Nurse PractitionerPhysician AssistantState of Maine licenseBLS certificationCardiology experience

Required

Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant (PA) program
At least one year of experience as an NP or PA is required
Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure
Current BLS certification
