Head of Growth
BettingJobs is working with a digital trading card operator who are looking for a Head of Growth to join their team based in New York. The role involves owning the user acquisition strategy, optimizing acquisition funnels, and building a high-performing growth team while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates, and emerging channels
Build and optimize acquisition funnels for both digital trading cards and casino products, balancing short-term performance with long-term LTV
Lead experimentation across channels, creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows, and offers
Develop and manage acquisition budgets, forecasts, and ROI models
Work closely with Product to improve activation, conversion, and early retention
Partner with CRM, VIP, and retention teams to ensure seamless lifecycle growth
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team
Ensure all acquisition activity aligns with regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles
Proven track record scaling consumer-facing digital products
Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Affiliates, Influencers)
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast and test aggressively
Preferred
Experience in iGaming, casino, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth consumer platforms strongly preferred
Experience working with compliance-heavy or regulated environments is a plus
