New Grad, Entry LevelNavy Exchange Service Command is dedicated to supporting the men and women of the military and their families. They are seeking a personable Sales Associate at the NBK Bangor Mini Mart to provide excellent customer service and assist with various retail operations.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs
Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service
Maintains store appearance
Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer
Open/Close Food and Beverage Bar and monitors time/dating of food and beverage products to ensure quality and food integrity
Qualification
Required
Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check

Previous Retail Experience preferred but not required
