Prepare individual income tax returns (Form 1040)
Prepare business tax returns (1120S and 1065)
Maintain and reconcile client books in QuickBooks Online
Process bank and credit card transactions, payroll, and journal entries
Communicate with clients regarding missing information and tax questions
Assist with other accounting and tax tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Prepare individual income tax returns (Form 1040)
Prepare business tax returns (1120S and 1065)
Maintain and reconcile client books in QuickBooks Online
Process bank and credit card transactions, payroll, and journal entries
Communicate with clients regarding missing information and tax questions
Assist with other accounting and tax tasks as needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
5+ year experience preparing 1040 tax returns
5+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
