Account Manager

Qualification
Required
Account management, relationship building, and client communication skills
Proficiency in planning, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities to drive growth
Proven ability to create and deliver reports, data analysis, and provide insights from performance metrics
Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills for handling multiple accounts effectively
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may also be considered
Knowledge of the education sector or experience working with educational institutions is an advantage
Proficiency in using account management software/tools is highly desirable
