Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve annual sales goals
Product Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Urology product portfolio and broader Laborie product line to effectively support customers
Territory Management: Develop skills in business planning, pipeline management, CRM reporting, and overall territory responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships, present value propositions, and deliver tailored solutions to increase account penetration
Post-Sales Support & Reporting: Conduct follow-up visits for product functionality and training, prepare status reports, and communicate new opportunities or feedback to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of Operating Room experience, preferably within medical device with a minimum of 12 months of OR experience
Strong Operating Room knowledge coupled with materials management/procurement procedural requirements
Certification and credentialed to access all applicable accounts within the assigned geography
Strong problem-solving skills, results orientated approach, and demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of time management skills
Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory
Preferred
Clinical background, especially within the field of Urology preferred
