They are seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales efforts, and manage client accounts while building relationships across borders.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and drive results for our U.S. branch
Promote our services online and offline, and drive sales efforts
Manage client accounts and lead business development initiatives
Build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners across both sides of the border
Handle the company’s social media accounts and deliver weekly, relevant, engaging content
Work closely with our Mexican team to deliver seamless project execution
Develop strategies to grow our footprint in cross-border manufacturing and B2B services
Represent Wise Panamerican Solutions at industry events, client meetings, and supplier negotiations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, business development, or sales leadership
Exceptional ability to connect with prospects and customers
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Business acumen
Hands-on approach
Preferred
Master's degree
Bilingual (Spanish)
Familiarity with international business, trade, or manufacturing
