80–90% field sales at rider hotspots
10–20% lead follow-up and CRM work
Customer education and onboarding
Feedback collection from the field
Lead tracking in Odoo
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize leads
Must be NYC-based
This is a fully in-person role
Preferred
Sales experience (a plus)
CRM/Odoo experience (a plus)
Delivery or micromobility experience (a plus)
Interest in technology, startups, and sustainability
