Responsibilities
Designing and developing enterprise‑grade microservices and market‑facing APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka
Contributing to overall solution architecture, including containerization, API design, caching strategies, DevOps practices, and database integration
Performing hands‑on coding, technical implementation, and code reviews for high‑quality, scalable solutions
Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Staff Engineers, Product, and Delivery teams to define technical requirements and implementation approaches
Leading and mentoring remote engineering teams across geographies, providing guidance on distributed systems and best‑practice development patterns
Building cloud‑native, low‑latency, high‑throughput system components aligned with modern architectural principles and platform‑level design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
6–8 years of professional experience in advanced Java development, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
Proven expertise in Kafka, Spring Boot, and enterprise‑grade microservices with hands‑on coding and architectural design responsibilities
Experience building cloud‑native, low‑latency, high‑throughput systems and collaborating with cross‑functional and remote engineering teams
