Intermediate Investment Professional PSERS
NEOGOV is seeking an Intermediate Investment Professional to join the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS) in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves monitoring compliance with investment portfolio guidelines and regulations, supporting the Risk and Compliance team, and leveraging technology to enhance program effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Assist with monitoring compliance with laws and regulations that impact PSERS Investment Office
Serve as a primary back-up for monitoring compliance with investment portfolio guidelines for internal and external investment managers
Focus on leveraging automation and technology to enhance program effectiveness
Report directly to the Investment Compliance Manager
Operate with some independence and authority for a variety of investment related responsibilities of a moderately complex nature
Qualification
Required
One year as a PSERS' Junior Investment Professional
A Bachelor's degree and one year performing relevant investment compliance and/or investment auditing
Five years performing relevant investment compliance and investment auditing
An equivalent combination of experience and training
Successful completion of any of the following professional accreditations may be substituted for relevant work experience: Certified Public Accountant (CPA): 1 year, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA): 1 year, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA): 1 year, Financial Risk Manager (FRM): 1 year, Professional Risk Manager (PRM): 1 year, Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP): 1 year
You must be able to perform essential job functions
Preferred
Two or more years of experience in investment compliance
Two or more years of experience in investment auditing
