Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of Claims Representatives handling complex and litigated workers’ compensation claims
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Monitor claim activity to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes
Participate in training and development initiatives for staff
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in workers' compensation claims handling, including complex and litigated claims
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Prior supervisory or people management experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
