Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives
Manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment across business, functional, and technical teams
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
Drive governance and reporting processes, including status updates, risk tracking, and issue resolution
Partner with clients to ensure change management and communication strategies are effectively executed
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and technology enablement within client environments
Lead teams through the full project lifecycle from mobilization through deployment and stabilization
Bring structure and rigor to ambiguous or evolving project situations
Qualification
Required
Experience in a consulting environment managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects
Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience managing projects in areas such as: ERP, CRM, or cloud platform implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Azure)
Infrastructure modernization or migration
Data and analytics platforms
Application development and integration
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into actionable technology plans
Comfort leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups
A proactive approach to risk management and problem solving
The ability to balance technical depth with executive-level communication
A focus on outcomes, not just deliverables
A passion for building relationships and creating calm out of complexity
Preferred
Background in enterprise architecture or solution delivery
Familiarity with cloud, automation, or digital transformation programs
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and enabling others to succeed
