Analyze failures, propose design changes, and encourage operational improvements

Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly with our organization
Proficiency in PySpark, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, and DevOps
Experience in designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining data products
Ability to write production-ready and testable code
Strong understanding of architectural best practices, scalability, reliability, and performance considerations
Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with development procedures
Focus on software reliability engineering standards
Embrace emerging technology opportunities
Preferred
Experience with Kubernetes, Azure Service Fabric, Delta Lake, Informatica, and SSIS
Capability to document work and provide pipeline demos, UAT support, and production deployment
