Responsibilities
Process sales orders with attention to detail and a high percentage of accuracy, provide accurate lead times on items not in stock
Create production orders for special batch requests, provide daily report of sales orders processed and not processed
Ensure all work is accurate and free of errors / defects. Clear orders from preorder table for processing and process specialty orders including key stocks, consignments, and standing orders
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 2 years of experience in Order Management
At least 1 year of data entry and/or customer service experience
Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system, Microsoft Office (Excel) and Database Management
Preferred
Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and strong customer service
Basic knowledge of Distribution and Manufacturing
Basic knowledge of Dynamics D365 ERP System
