Responsibilities
Post to our Instagram feed and Reels Monday–Friday using our existing photo and video library
Write engaging, natural captions that feel native to Instagram
Light video editing (Reels / short clips) using tools like InShot
Respond to comments to keep conversations moving to boost engagement
Occasionally help capture new photos or videos in person (about once per month, DFW area)
Qualification
Required
Creative and Instagram-savvy content creator
Experience posting to Instagram feed and Reels
Ability to write engaging, natural captions that feel native to Instagram
Light video editing skills using tools like InShot
Ability to respond to comments to boost engagement
Willingness to occasionally help capture new photos or videos in person (about once per month, DFW area)
Understanding of what performs well on Instagram
Comfortable posting Reels, not just static images
Interest in experimenting with hooks, captions, and formats
Looking for a flexible, creative side role
