Responsibilities
Assists with conducting open Court sessions
Prepares pleadings and monitors court files for court sessions and/or the Judge's rulings
Update files and the Court's case management systems, including Incite and Odyssey
Assists judicial officers and staff during court proceedings
Works within the automated queue system, processing information timely and efficiently
Answers court telephones and responds to questions from court representatives and the general public
Assists with the effective management of the Court calendar through confirmation of hearings with attorneys
Assists with other duties and responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or HSE
Strong proven computer, communication and organizational skills required
Ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of individuals essential
Marion County residency required within six months of the date of hire
Preferred
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree beneficial
Bi-lingual skills in Spanish, Burmese or ASL a plus
