Acquisition Manager
JL Home Sale LLC is a nationwide leader in real estate marketing, specializing in helping off-market homeowners sell their properties with ease and speed. The Acquisition Manager will play a key role in determining the needs of the seller and the appropriate next steps for acquisition, including running daily appointments, reviewing pipeline opportunities, and ensuring quota attainment.
Responsibilities
Running all daily appointments set by the Lead Manager
Reviewing all pipeline opportunities and ensuring the correct workflows are established in SFDC
Working with the Lead Manager to ensure on incoming follow up tasks via voicemail, txt, etc
Keeping SFDC perfectly updated and I pipeline of 8X active
Moving leads to the SFDC Negotiation Stage, the Closing
Setting follow up tasks in SFDC to help achieve KPI’s, including quota attainment
Comping the property to make the appropriate offer
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and negotiation
Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
Understanding of real estate or marketing strategies (prior experience in real estate is a plus)
Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software (salesforce) and other sales tools
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
