Responsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established protocols
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with site access and information, while maintaining compliance with company and client policies
Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local site leadership to address security-related issues and support ongoing operations
Qualification
Required
At least one year of security-related experience is required
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Alarm panel experience is preferred
