Associate Sales Development Representative
RWS Group is seeking an Associate Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role involves being the first point of contact for prospects and helping them understand RWS's technology-enabled content transformation and localization solutions.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with Sales to execute lead generation programs and outbound campaigns
Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects through outbound calling, email, and digital outreach
Educate prospects on RWS’s content transformation, localization, and technology-led solutions
Nurture early-stage opportunities and guide prospects through initial discovery conversations
Map target organizations, identifying key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
Qualify prospects against defined criteria before converting them into sales-accepted leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
Leverage modern sales tools and techniques to personalize outreach and improve engagement
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent command of English; knowledge of German language is a significant advantage
1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead qualification
Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and digital channels
Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally with technology or services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
