Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Service: Perform residential plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with precision and professionalism
Drive Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell services and solutions such as repipes, water treatment systems, and other high-value projects. Manage leads independently to close additional sales
Customer Relationships: Build trust with clients by explaining work clearly, addressing concerns, and providing a positive service experience
Follow-Up: Ensure customers are satisfied after each project and address any additional needs promptly
Performance Metrics: Maintain high closing rates, meet sales targets, and uphold the company’s 5-star reputation through top-quality work and service
Other Duties: Support team operations and perform additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualification
Required
5-6 years of residential plumbing service and repair
Must be comfortable with installations, diagnostics, and complex repairs
Knowledge of plumbing codes, permitting processes, and proficiency with tools like sewer cameras, leak detection devices, and standard plumbing tools
Ability to generate leads, identify customer needs, and sell additional plumbing services effectively
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
Ability to manage multiple service calls and projects efficiently
Comfortable lifting up to 90 lbs, working in tight spaces, standing, crawling, climbing, and operating in various weather conditions
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to customer job sites
