Qualification
Required

Experience with administrative management and operational oversight
Proficiency in real estate sales, property management, and transaction management
Licensed broker in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain the required license)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
