Operations Assistant
Kiemle-Hankins is a professional industrial maintenance company specializing in servicing heavy industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist the Corporate Operations Department with administrative support for the Company Safety Program and operational administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide the Company Operations Manager and Company Safety Director with administrative support
Assist with ensuring that Company technicians always have access to customer sites by processing critical paperwork, updating customer safety-related documents, and contractor web portals
Review customer projects for accuracy, ensuring that they can be processed and closed
Visit Company locations as needed to complete assigned operational or safety-related tasks
Learn and support the Company Safety Program by assisting with assigned initiatives, objectives, and tasks directed by the Company Safety Director
Other Operations tasks as directed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an industrial setting, such as manufacturing, steel, oil refining, or industrial maintenance
Familiar with basic industrial safety; experience with safety administration is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to write and or amend policies, procedures, emails, and instructions
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions and think critically in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe
