Responsibilities

Plan, create, and produce GTM-oriented content for North American & Latin American audiences, with a primary focus on short-form video
Own the content creation workflow end-to-end: topic ideation, structuring, scripting, and light editing (video, images, newsletters)
Manage content publishing and rhythm across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit), adapting tone and style to fit platform-specific cultures
Navigate cultural nuances, ensuring content is sensitive to NA/LATAM communication boundaries, humor, aesthetics, and language styles to avoid cultural missteps

Required

Have prior hands-on experience creating and publishing content through internships, freelance work, or personal creator projects
Bring strong content creation literacy with a video-first mindset: understand narrative structure, hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling
Highly attuned to the NA/LATAM content ecosystem: understand mainstream cultural symbols, trending topics, creator styles, and platform rules; skilled in cross-cultural 'translation.'
Strong copywriting and scripting skills, able to make complex topics clear and engaging with both information density and emotional appeal

Preferred

Chinese/Spanish/Portuguese is a major plus
Hands-on experience with short video/ads/UGC projects; a portfolio or work samples
Familiar with the content distribution and community landscape in NA/LATAM markets; connections with local media/creators
Basic production skills: CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut, DaVinci, Photoshop/Figma/Canva, Audition/Descript
Include a brief topic proposal (title + one-sentence hook, max 120 words) for a platform you're most familiar with
