The Director of Retirement Plan Services will manage a block of retirement plan clients, ensure high customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of retirement plan education strategies.

Responsibilities

Service and maintain a block of retirement plan clients
Meet with retirement plan committees to review investments, fees, fiduciary responsibilities, plan design, and general compliance
Provide employee education support for clients and with existing team members as needed
Create retirement plan education strategies for plan sponsors which include webinars and newsletters
Provide guidance to participants regarding their retirement plan accounts (general guidance, instructions for updating investments/contributions, discussing options for rollovers, distributions, etc.)
Participate in day-to-day communication with clients and participants proactively
Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Contribute to various team meetings
Contribute to a positive workplace environment
Perform other related duties as requested by clients or managers

Qualification

FINRA Series 65Retirement plan knowledgeFinancial services experienceCommunicationDetail orientedOrganizational skillsTeam player

Required

Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
5-7 years of relevant experience
FINRA Series 65 or 66 license
Comprehensive retirement industry and investment knowledge
Experience working with 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, cash balance, nonqualified plans
Experience working with various 401(k) recordkeepers and asset managers
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Detail oriented and superior organizational skills
Deadline driven
Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
