Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers
Fabricate and install ductwork, piping, and refrigeration lines
Charge systems, monitor pressures, and test for leaks to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot electrical components such as motors, controls, thermostats, breakers, and wiring
Operate and monitor boiler and chiller plants using a Building Automation System (BAS)
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
Ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and within required standards

Qualification

HVAC LicenseEPA Universal CertificationCommercial HVAC experienceElectrical troubleshootingMechanical troubleshootingSafety-focusedIndependent work

Required

Valid HVAC License
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Strong commercial HVAC experience (installation + service)
Comfortable working on large-tonnage equipment (up to ~200 tons)
Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently on site
