Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with clients to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and improved efficiencies
Act as a liaison between I/S and leadership for assigned business units
Ensure the design and integration of proposed system, software, and hardware solutions lead to business growth through effective use of technology
Participate in training and development of staff
Assist department managers in day-to-day operations
Act as account manager responsible for collection, analysis, review, documentation, and communication of customer needs and requirements. Foster relationships between customers and the I/S organization
Help customers define business needs as specific changes and work with them on priority setting. Assist in the definition of I/S work/audit requests and manage their delivery
Monitor service levels and report performance. Provide strategic consultancy support to assigned customers in defining or designing business or technological processes
Take a proactive marketing approach in communication with customers. Design products/services with common components that can be leveraged across many customers
Serve as the primary liaison between the IS organization and customers
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring needs and feedback are addressed internally
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively and promptly
Educate customers on products, services, and best practices
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
Provide insights to support service and product enhancements
Drive client satisfaction and retention

Required

Bachelor's degree (any major), OR
4 years of job-related work experience, OR
Associate's degree and 2 years of job-related experience
7 years of IT-related experience, including: Client relationship management, I/S marketing, Process and/or product improvement
Infrastructure: Windows Server, Linux, IBM Mainframe
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Security Tools: Okta, Splunk

Preferred

Networking & Hardware: Dell EMC, Cisco UCS
Cloud & Virtualization: Azure, AWS, VMware
