Responsibilities
Manage a team of Employment Coordinators to deliver seamless, compliant onboarding experiences
Oversee pre-onboarding tasks: background checks, I-9 verification, notifications, and internal controls
Develop and implement HR operations strategies, policies, and best practices
Track team performance using KPIs and metrics, and drive improvements where necessary
Handle complex inquiries from employees and management, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with other HR functions and business units to ensure consistent HR service delivery
Support HR projects and help embed operational insights into larger initiatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements
Mentor and develop HR operations staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years equivalent experience in HR
6+ years of HR experience, specifically in HR operations, process design, or service delivery
2+ years of leadership experience managing a team
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and drive results
Deep understanding of HR operations, regulations, and best practices
Preferred
Experience with Workday, particularly ATS modules
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
