The role involves maintaining business files, managing guest relations, coordinating campus operations, and assisting with community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Maintain business files and CRM records with 100% accuracy
Handle sensitive data with total confidentiality
Greet walk-ins, manage inquiry queues (Live Chat/Email), and lead tours for prospective partners and coworking members
Coordinate event logistics (A/V, catering), maintain facility standards (lobby/kitchen), and pull monthly utilization reports
Support the Marketing team by capturing social media content (photos/captions) and assisting with local business outreach in Yavapai County

Qualification

Google WorkspaceCRM systemsBilingual (English/Spanish)Ethical integrityExceptional communication

Required

2+ Years Experience: Background in administrative support, hospitality, or data entry
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; professional and poised
Ethical Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential info with total discretion
Physical Ability: Able to lead campus tours and move up to 15 lbs for event setup

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) and familiarity with the Yavapai County business community
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
