Responsibilities
Teach courses in Business Law, Entertainment and/or Hospitality Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Leadership, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and Strategic Management
Interact and work effectively with a diverse range of students, including first-generation college students
Qualification
Required
M.B.A. or Master's Degree from an accredited U.S. institution or foreign equivalent; JD or Master's degree in Legal Studies (or equivalent) from an ABA-Accredited U.S. Institution, for teaching courses in law/legal studies
Committed to ongoing professional development to maintain currency in the field
Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students
Preferred
Doctoral degree in Business or a related field
At least one (1) semester of experience teaching an undergraduate course in Management and/or Business Law at an accredited higher education institution
At least one (1) year of relevant industry experience
Preference will be given to those with significant teaching experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment
Preference will be given to those with current and on-going full-time relevant professional experience
