Responsibilities
Gather required information and documentation from borrowers and third parties
Input loan application data into internal systems
Assist in developing loan packages and preparing transmittals
Place orders for title, appraisals, and other required services
Coordinate activities through the request for documents stage
Support scheduling and coordination of loan closings and funding
Prepare and send denial communications as directed
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Communicate status updates to lenders and team members
Perform other duties as assigned by senior staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in banking, lending, or administrative support
Basic knowledge of commercial lending processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
associate's degree preferred
