Prior experience providing labor & employment litigation defense (single plaintiff)
Dedication to responsiveness and walking clients through time-sensitive L&E issues is important
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law in California
Outstanding professional references
Preferred
Prior experience in the labor and employment practice group of a large law firm
Prior experience in a highly regarded employment law boutique
Prior experience in a major corporate legal department
