Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering Manager and Project Managers to align project staffing with resource availability and project demands
Serve as a senior technical resource, troubleshooting issues and providing expert guidance
Develop, implement, and maintain electrical engineering standards and best practices
Communicate effectively with peers and leadership
Lead productive team meetings
Mentor, train, and develop associates within the electrical engineering team
Identify opportunities to improve processes, remove barriers, and resolve work-related challenges
Qualification
Required
Supervisory experience and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
5–7 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in setup and tuning of multiple AC/DC drives within in-house designed control systems
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, automation software, and custom programs
