Responsibilities
Manage the turnaround expectations from the team in terms of any SLA/KPIs and front ending the deliverables of the team with the client stakeholders
Create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan
Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
This position is based in Milwaukee, WI

Preferred
At least 11 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 11 years of experience in SAP Project systems area
At least 11 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
At least 2 implementations / roll out experience in S4 HANA implementation
In depth SAP S4 HANA knowledge, backed with strong understanding of project systems processes
Configuration expertise in Project systems for Engineer to order and manufacturing scenarios set up
Experience in integration with other modules like PP , MM and FI
Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
Analytical and Communication skills
Project and talent management
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
