Design and build core reasoning and agent frameworks, not just wrappers around models
Translate research ideas into robust, inspectable, long-lived code
Own systems end-to-end: experimentation → infrastructure → production
Work closely with founders to decide what not to build as much as what to build
Make foundational choices that later teams will inherit
Qualification
Required
You enjoy deep technical problems more than surface-level features
You've built or explored agentic systems, planning, or reasoning-heavy architectures
You write code that you expect others to read and learn from years later
You're comfortable working without tight feedback loops
You care about correctness, interpretability, and long-term leverage
