This role focuses on expanding wholesale parts sales and strengthening relationships with dealers and distributors while driving mechanical wholesale business with independent repair facilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale parts sales across dealerships, distributors, and IRFs
Build strong relationships with large wholesale dealers and distributors to support sales growth and operational excellence
Drive mechanical wholesale business by identifying and engaging independent repair facilities, promoting Mopar parts and programs
Partner with Area Managers and field teams to coordinate dealer visits, share insights, and align on wholesale initiatives
Monitor wholesale sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Support dealers in streamlining wholesale operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
Provide training and guidance to dealer personnel on wholesale sales techniques, systems, and Mopar programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution channels and IRF engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel regularly to dealer and distributor locations
Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
Preferred
Experience with Mopar parts and wholesale programs
Familiarity with IRF business models and regional market dynamics
Knowledge of inventory and logistics systems
