Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements, including software and technology licensing, SaaS, and nondisclosure agreements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technology and commercial contracts experience
Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex technology transaction agreements
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed to practice law and eligible to register as in-house counsel in TN
Able to work onsite on a hybrid basis in the Nashville Metropolitan area
Outstanding references
Preferred
Prior experience at a large corporate law firm, a sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company
