Responsibilities

Supervisory/managerial position overseeing an education program training skilled or technical vocations such as building, industrial, or mechanical trades, or business or service occupations to clients in a state facility
Accountable for developing curriculum, planning and preparing course outlines and content, planning for better use of materials and resources, and ensuring adherence of teaching programs to facility goals
Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training oversight; performance assessment, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations

Required

Typically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency
