Strategic Account Manager
TJM Labs is transforming pharmacy operations through AI-powered automation, and they are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow their most important customer relationships. The role focuses on driving net revenue retention, expansion, and ensuring that customers realize the value of TJM Labs’ solutions.

Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic pharmacy accounts post-sale
Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
Identify and execute expansion opportunities based on customer workflows, volume, and operational needs
Serve as a trusted advisor to pharmacy leadership, including owners, operators, and executives
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure customer success
Monitor account health, product usage, and outcomes to proactively mitigate risk
Lead strategic business reviews and long-term roadmap discussions
Ensure customers consistently realize—and expand—the value of TJM Labs’ automation solutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales (SaaS or AI preferred)
Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion revenue
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including NRR and expansion ARR
Ability to translate product capabilities into business and operational impact
Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders
Highly organized, proactive, and outcomes-oriented
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
