The incumbent will be responsible for various clerical functions in the case management system, including processing bond payments and managing new criminal case filings while providing professional service to the public.

Responsibilities
Creates new case filings within case management system
Processes search warrants requests timely and accurately
Accepts bond payments in person and electronically
Receives and responds to in-bound phone calls
Works cooperatively with members of law enforcement, judicial officers and staff, and bond agents
Responds to inquiries and requests for information from other agencies and members of the public
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of previous clerical experience required
Must be able to communicate effectively orally, verbally, and in written formats
Attention to detail is a priority
Requires ability to work independently with minimum supervision and promotes teamwork
Preferred
Associates degree or some post-secondary education
Clerical experience in a court or similar legal setting
