Responsibilities

Assists with compiling contract terms, scope, budget, and required documentation
Supports adherence to contract policies and procedures and assists employees with contract-related problems
Assists with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Bids, and Qualifications
Supports compliance with Federal and Washington State grant funding requirements

Required

Associate Degree in Office Management, Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar field
Two years of progressive responsibility with advanced support experience, including the full range of office and support functions, experience with word processing, and other personal computer applications. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion when working with confidential information, records, and documentation
Valid motor vehicle license and current auto insurance

Preferred

One or more years of governmental contracts, Federal, State, and local Law experience or hands-on experience in contract management
